Evidence based interventions

Evidence based intervention programmes for looked after children, children on the edge of care or custody and their families

Many local authority partnerships currently receive funding from the Department for Education to implement and run an MST programme as part of a wider programme of interventions for children on the edge of care and custody or looked after children. These programmes are fully or part funded until 2015. Other interventions include KEEP (Keeping foster and kinship carers supported and trained), Multidimensional Treatment Foster Care (MTFC) and Functional Family Therapy (FFT).
